Application: Ideal for grooving or roughening horn bow cores, horn strips, or bamboo fly rod tips. This process increases the contact area, enhancing bonding strength – essential for both flat and concave-convex bonding methods.
Types of Scraper Kits:
Type A (3 pieces/kit): Includes a ruler & scraper, an arc scraper, and an arc sawtooth scraper. The thickness is 2.5mm, with a total width of 10.0cm and an arc width of 7.0cm. Comes with 2 sets of screws for easy attachment to a wooden handle.
Type B (3 pieces/kit): Contains an arc scraper, an arc sawtooth scraper (arc width: 7.0cm), and a flat scraper. The flat scraper is specifically designed for modifying traditional bow cores or edges. Similar to Type A, this kit also has a thickness of 2.5mm and a total length of 10.0cm, with 2 sets of screws for wooden handle fixation.
