The process of making horn strips/slices combines fine craftsmanship and traditional techniques. Large horns from buffalo are selected. Each horn is carefully inspected before use to ensure that there are no cracks and other defects. The horns are cut by hand using special tools. During the cutting process, the cutting angle and thickness are constantly adjusted, and multiple rounds of polishing are performed to make the horn pieces more exquisite and practical in touch and appearance.
