I have ordered from this studio multiple times. The bamboo I have received has always been of the highest quality. Communication with seller is excellent. I have always received a response within 24 hours and usually less than 24 hours.

The bamboo reeds are very beautiful. I would give 5 stars, were they not packed in thin plastic and had quite some damage. Anyhow Steven Tiger refunded almost all of the damaged reeds, so he is a man of honor and a good partner. I will be buying again in the close future.
