Fairly quick turn around and very good communication dialing in the exact bow kit I would receive. The kit consists of 2 Bamboo limbs, an ash or ash-like handle and a pair of beech or beech-like tip ends. These were plastic wrapped and shipped in a heavy envelope. No instructions of any type are included. At first I was not impressed with the kit. But on further inspection I see the careful attention paid to wood quality and grain direction. The wood parts are very well machined with precise penciled guide marks on the pre-cut handle blank and a complicated double curve machined into the end tips. Even the bamboo limbs are cut to exact length with one limb being longer than the other. Using the photo's in the Etsy ad for this item, even a novice like me can see how the bow is put together. I'm looking forward to the build!
