Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy
For customised, made-to-order, special-size, special-material, large-size, sea-shipping, or specially prepared products, the normal right of cancellation or withdrawal may not apply once production, preparation, cutting, customisation, or special handling has started.
Customised and special-order products cannot usually be cancelled or withdrawn after production or preparation has started.
If an order has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is caused by our confirmed mistake.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, clean, complete, and in resalable condition.
Large items, sea-shipping items, customised products, special-order products, and products requiring special preparation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
International shipping and customs clearance may take extra time and are not fully controlled by the seller. If there is a verified issue, please contact us in time with relevant evidence. We will review the case based on the order details, product type, shipping status, and available evidence.
